SoHo Sports Therapy is a dedicated sports massage therapy and nutrition for peak performance practice based in Aberdeen. With a focus on helping athletes and active individuals achieve and maintain peak performance, I offer specialised massage & nutrition services designed to enhance recovery, prevent injuries, and facilitate rehabilitation. My journey into sports therapy began with my passion for football, which has allowed me to understand the specific needs of athletes at all levels. About me:

Hi! I’m Sarah of SoHo Sports Therapy!

I’m a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist (currently studying Level 5) and have been practising for 6 years. I have also just completed my Masters in Sports Nutrition for Footballers.


As a Type 1 Diabetic, I have always had a keen interest in nutrition and try to tailor what I eat to meet my requirements for my diabetes so it was a natural progression for me to study nutrition.

I specialise in football and work with men’s and women’s football players, but also have clients who are Hyrox lovers, everyday gym enthusiasts, and anyone who suffers with back pain from a desk job.

My aim is to help you perform at your best, prevent injuries, and feel relaxed and refreshed. For footballers I ensure you leave game ready ⚽️.

Sarahs massage treatments have been fantastic. They have been tailored perfectly to my needs as a professional footballer. Whenever I have gone in with muscle issues/tightness Sarah manages to find the problem areas and flush out the issues leaving me feeling fresh and ready for training.

The treatment is very good. Lovely, caring lady who makes it a fun and comfortable experience. Also is definitely a professional at what she does, always fixes my problems.

I received a good massage in which I felt much better the next day for my football game. Sarah went above and beyond to ensure I was ready for the game and even provided some refreshments and electrolytes to ensure I was ready to go.

My sessions with Sarah have been excellent - she has played a big part in me being able to stay on the pitch this season. A very thorough massage, pin pointing areas of real tightness & relieving these effectively. Always very accommodating for appointments & has given me really useful advice around stretching & hydration.

Sarah helped me get through a busy period of football matches with her differest massage techniques and helped my body feel in perfect condition again. She helped me recover from a knock I picked up and rehabed and fixed me.

I have been going back to Sarah for massages when I am in Aberdeen. She is one of the best Sports Massage Therapists I have seen. She takes time to understand my concerns and tightness and then identifies areas I was not aware of also. Playing in the SPL means I need to make sure I stay fit and not injured and she helps me do that. First class service.
